  • Delegate tasks and make sure that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Handle and direct phone calls to the appropriate person.
  • Draft correspondence and documentation.
  • Maintain digital employee records.
  • Distribute incoming mail.
  • Manage and order office supplies.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Prepare/deliver presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
  • Update office policies as required.
  • Carry out additional job-related duties as assigned.
