Job Description
- Identify new sales leads.
- Demonstrate the functions of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Make sure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
- Handle and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities.
- Follow up on sales inquiries.
- Close sales and achieve the set targets.
- Expand the company’s customer database.
- Establish sales strategies.
- Perform other duties as needed.
